Your practitioner
Hi, I'm Krista.

I'm a wife, a mom, a gym girl at heart, and a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P).
I know what it's like to do everything right and still not feel like yourself. My own health journey is why I do this work, and I'd love to share a little of it with you.
Putting myself last
Survival mode.
Before I became a mom, I went through some serious health struggles. Then my daughter needed open-heart surgery, and that whole first year I was in survival mode, putting myself last the way so many of us do.
When you're taking care of everyone else, your own health is usually the first thing to slide. I know that feeling well.
The gym girl chapter
Chasing a goal.

Later on, I got into bodybuilding and hit the goal I'd set for myself. But my body paid for it. After all that extreme dieting, I was exhausted, my hormones were off, and my digestion was a mess.
For a long time, I knew how to follow a plan. I knew how to work hard, stay disciplined, and push through. But I learned that doing everything you're supposed to do doesn't always mean you're giving your body what it needs.
Finding my way back
Why I do this work.

I had to fight my way back to health, and I did it with the help of an FDN practitioner of my own. That journey lit a fire in me to follow my passion and become an FDN-P myself.
It changed the way I think about health. Today, I want the women I work with to feel heard, supported, and confident making decisions about their health, without feeling like they have to do everything perfectly.
Health and wellness are the heart of who I am, and I love helping women feel like themselves again and show up as the best version of themselves for their family.
