Educational purposes only

Everything on this Site is for general educational purposes. I am a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). I am not a medical provider, and I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. My coaching does not replace care from your doctor or other licensed healthcare professional. Always talk with your healthcare provider before changing your health routine, medications, or supplements, and seek medical care promptly for any urgent concern.

No guarantees

I do not promise any specific health result. Every person is different, and outcomes depend on many factors, including your own choices and circumstances. Any examples or stories on this Site are not a prediction of what you will experience.

Coaching services and testing

Details of any coaching program, including what is included, the length, and pricing, are shared before you enroll and are covered by a separate written agreement. Functional lab testing is optional, is never required to work with me, and is agreed upon separately and in advance.

Booking a discovery call

Booking a free discovery call does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when you enroll in a program and we both agree in writing.

Your use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or try to access it without permission. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share.

Ownership of content

The text, design, logo, photographs, and other content on this Site belong to Lifted Wellness or are used with permission. You may view the Site for your personal use. Please do not copy, republish, or sell any of it without my written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or use third-party services such as booking and payment tools and social media. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or practices.
