Privacy Policy

Lifted Wellness (JKM Endeavors LLC) is operated by Krista Martin, FDN-P. This policy explains what information I collect through liftedwellness-kristamartin.com (the "Site"), how I use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 12, 2026.

Information I collect

I collect information you choose to give me:

Contact details. Your name, email address, and phone number when you book a discovery call or fill out a contact form.

Your message. Anything you write in a form or booking question.

Scheduling details. The date and time of calls you book.

My Site and the tools it runs on may also collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies or similar technologies.

Health information

Please do not include medical details, diagnoses, or test results in forms on this Site. If you become a client, I may ask for health history and lifestyle information in a separate intake process. I will use that information only to provide my coaching services, and I will tell you how it is handled at that time.

How I use your information

To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls

To provide coaching services if you become a client

To send appointment confirmations and reminders

To send you emails or texts only if you agree to receive them (see below)

To keep the Site working and secure

I do not sell your personal information.

Emails and text messages

If you give me your email address or phone number and agree to be contacted, I may send you messages about your inquiry, appointments, and my services. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the message. For texts, reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Who I share information with

I use trusted service providers to run my business, and they process information on my behalf. These include my website and CRM platform (a GoHighLevel-based system), my calendar and email providers, and payment processors if you pay for services. They may use your information only to provide their services to me. I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my rights.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal or business record requirements. You can ask me to delete it at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing me. You can also set your browser to block cookies, though some parts of the Site may not work as well.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
